Select the admin drop down and select show users

A list of current users will be shown.


Below the last user select the New User button

Enter the new users details (if they don't have an email address just use the one you have for your admin).


Once the name is entered the system will generate a user name.

Select the users level that you will allow access to Driver can: complete daily checks, record faults, record trips and record fuel.  Workshop also can complete service and sign off faults.  Admin has full access.



Select the notification groups for the user.  Driver alerts user when a fault that was reported by them has been actioned and if the workshop has deferred or monitored a fault. Workshop alerts the user of reported faults that need action.


Add a password for the user.  You can type in a password of your choice or you can use the generate password button (Don't use both).  Once the password is set save the user and the username and password will be sent to the email address that you are logged in under.
