From the Quick Menu

Select new daily check.

The date and time are completed automatically.

Select the vehicle type that you will be completing the daily check on.

Then select the sub group

You now need to select the vehicles from each drop down list that you will be completing the daily check on.

and enter your Odometer reading the number displayed is the last known reading the was entered into the system.(this can cause problems if the wrong figure is put in so double check the reading.(if the vehicle is serviced on engine hours then the hour meter reading will also be required to proceed)

Select the states on rout and the applicable mass weights will be displayed dependant on the setting for the vehicles selected

Once all data is entered you can select the proceed button (all this data will be retained for the next daily check so if you have the same equipment you should only need to update the odometer/hour meter readings and select proceed).

As each item is checked you are to select either Completed or Fault (Completed indicates that there are no new faults and the item is check and is safe to operate.  Fault indicates that a fault has been found that needs to be reported for repair)

Under the Windscreen Mirrors and Wipers there is an outstanding fault.  This has been deferred by the workshop until the due date as the driver you are to acknowledge the fault and select "Yes" if the fault has deteriorated and requires further attention by the workshop or "No" if it is ok to continue.

If a fault is identified the driver is to select the vehicle that the fault is related to an shor description of the fault and they can also add a photo then save the fault.

continue through until all items have been completed (or fault identified).

Select the check completed button then sign inside the black box and select the complete button.

Your daily check is now recorded and available in the daily check summary.
