To get started the first step is to enter your vehicle data.  

From the home screen you will see a quick menu select vehicles.


Select the add vehicle button at the top of the page.

A form is now displayed complete all of the details that you can all items with a red * are required fields.

If a make/model isn't there for you vehicle you can add it. (see add make/model).

The road user code is used to determine the registered vehicle type and can be found on the registration certificate. (for machinery you can select machinery and for vehicles under 4.5t gvm you can select light vehicle).  If you select a trailer here some of the fields will be removed as they aren't required.

On completion of all fields select the Save button.  If you don't complete all fields the vehicle can be saved an it will display in the archived section until all required fields are completed.

Once vehicle is saved the screen will update and there will now be 5 tabs across the top of the page the first is EDIT this is where you can update the vehicle details that you just entered.

The next tab is Service Schedule.  This is where the vehicles service schedules are set.

Default is "A" Service 10000KM, "B" Service 40000KM, "C" Service 120000KM and "Roadworthy" 12 mth.


You can adjust these (see adjusting service intervals) to suit your individual vehicles if you would like to used the same service set on all vehicles you can select the "Set as Account Default" button and any future vehicle added will use the same schedule on set up.

The 3rd tab is service items. this tab identifies each service item and the service that it relates to. ("A" service items are included in the B & C services & B service items are included in the C service.  The roadworthy service is a stand alone service that can be completed with any of the other services.). Check the service items are suitable and adjust as required.

The 4th tab is to add additional daily check items that may not be required in the standard but are specific the the individual vehicle. (eg fridge motor, hydraulics, fire extinguisher).

The last tab is for recording the vehicles registration details you can add documents and permits in here that relate tho the vehicle.
